Managed Services are aimed at organizations that want to outsource a part or all of their ICT. DeLorentz & Partners is able to take the burden of the clients ICT environment, this includes ICT support and management. DeLorentz & Partners is the primary point of contact for all ICT related questions. Our ICT support department will contact suppliers when necessary. Our skilled support department is available 24 * 7 for all your operational questions from user questions to security or application incidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Operational
\nIn the operational field, DeLorentz & Partners acts as the support department for the client. Our support department consists of skilled support employees who answer the phone and email. These incoming messages are recorded in our PSA system, which is fully based on ITIL v3 and other best practices such as PRINCE2, Agile and in accordance with our ISO27001 certification. These incoming messages are handled in accordance with the agreed SLA.<\/p>\n

Tactical
\nOn a tactical level, DeLorentz & Partners monitors and reports on the services provided and is an extension of the operational level. We do this in the form of ICT Service Management, in which the results of open and closed tickets (information requests, incidents, changes and problems), reports and agreements made are periodically revised and maintained.<\/p>\n

\nOn a strategic level, DeLorentz & Partners acts in the role of IT business consultant or rather a \u201cTrusted Advisor\u201d for the management of the client.
